We are a professional management team (mother and daughter) with 17 year's experience the Hospitality industry. After 25 and 15 years respectively in management in the Financial and Retail sector in South Africa, we founded Pro-Management, a small business that provides relief management to Hospitality establishments.

From our humble beginnings in 2007 at a small 3 bedroom B&B in Montagu, we grew our business over the past 17 years to include the management of large properties.

Later we added the following additional services:

• SWOT Analysis for prospective guest house buyers or existing guest house owners wanting to improve their businesses
