2. The size of your property - number of bedrooms

3. Your TGCSA star grading

4. Where you are located

For the services of two experienced managers (we always work as a team), we charge according to the size and star grading of your establishment as well as the proximity of your establishment to our home base in the Western Cape

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 7 days or less before commencement - 100% of total quote payable

Cancellations 14 days or less before commencement - 50% of total quote payable

Cancellations 15 - 28 days before commencement - 25% of total quote payable

Cancellations due to a National State of Emergency - no refund but all funds will be applied to future bookings
