We are a professional management team (mother and daughter) with 19 years' experience the Hospitality industry.

After 25 and 15 years respectively in management in the Financial and Retail sector in South Africa, we founded Pro-Management, a small business that provides relief management to Hospitality establishments.

From our humble beginnings in 2007, managing a small 3-bedroom B&B, we grew our business over the past 19 years to include the management of much larger properties.
